Refund Policy

At EyeCare at the Cove, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used eye drops, lid hygiene products, supplements, or other personal care items

  • Contact lenses that have been opened or boxes with missing lenses

  • Custom-ordered products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at office@eyecareatthecove.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process above.
